Welcome to Blue Royalty Logistics. By using our services or website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided:
   We offer professional, secure delivery services specializing in medical, pharmaceutical, and time-sensitive items. We reserve the right to decline any delivery that does not meet our safety or compliance standards.

2. Payment Terms:
   All services must be paid in full prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payments through secure online invoicing. Late payments are subject to a $15 Late Fee after 24 hours.

3. Delivery Timelines:
   While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen delays (traffic, weather, or emergencies) may occur. We are not liable for indirect losses due to delivery delays.

4. Proof of Delivery:
   We provide proof of delivery including photographs, client signatures, and/or tracking updates for every completed delivery.

5. Waiting Time & Additional Fees:
   A 10-minute grace period is allowed upon delivery arrival. After this time, a $1.00 per minute Waiting Fee will apply. Additional fees may also apply for reschedules, cancellations, or rush services.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling:
   Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery are subject to a $25 Cancellation Fee. Reschedules within 24 hours may incur a $15 Reschedule Fee.

7. Liability:
   We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or deterioration of items beyond our control once delivery is completed and proof is provided.

8. Use of Services:
   Our services may not be used for illegal purposes or the transport of prohibited items.

9. Changes to Terms:
   We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
